Music runs in Michael Mileti’s blood. He was born in Nashville into a family of performing musicians, grew up and spent most of his life in Canton, Ohio, but has since returned home to his roots in Music City. A lifelong music lover, Michael was originally inspired to take up the guitar and singing by watching his dad’s band – Gibson & Mileti – as a kid.
He was obsessed with Radiohead as a teen – a major influence on his decision to become an artist – and honed his chops covering their songs in a high school band. While Mileti also draws inspiration from artists such as Daft Punk, Brand New, Twenty One Pilots and Drake, he combines elements of rock, rap, and pop to create a style that is distinctly his own.
Mileti has just released his first three singles – produced by the highly respected Nathan Zensen at Gold Cassette Studios – and is currently hard at work writing more, with the goal of releasing new tracks every month.
